WebRes (the leading Internet based reservation and operational management technology from Entee Global Services) is now powering the latest trend setting venture from serial entrepreneur Stelios, founder of easyJet and easyGroup. The system went live today, on time and within budget.

easyHotel brings a completely new low cost approach to accommodation in city centres and the first London hotel is centrally located in South Kensington.

easyHotel, is the third Stelios venture to use Entee WebRes technology, and will be providing the reservation and the check-in services. The system was implemented within 8 weeks of signed contract.

WebRes for Hotels can support both conventional and low cost business models and the easyHotel implementation incorporates the proven WebRes yield curve feature which allows pricing to be driven by demand and time.

WebRes design and development incorporates more than 250 man years of experience in high performance real-time computing and travel industry knowledge to bring together integrated world beating travel technology.

Richard Yeo, Chief Technology Officer for easyGroup said, "We chose Entee because of their proven track record in developing high-throughput transportation reservation systems and previous relationship with easyGroup. They demonstrated a good understanding of what we were trying to achieve and delivered a good quality solution on time and to budget".

Customers making reservations at easyHotels (www.easyHotel.com) site will shuttle their way though the booking process utilising easy to use drop-down boxes and defaults making the site user friendly; all within a secure environment using front-end Microsoft servers, Thwate Digital Certificate technology for secure credit card payments and user account transactions.

"The WebRes technology implementation for easyHotel took approximately 8 weeks to configure, build and test" said Simon Ashberry, Director of Entee Global Services.

The WebRes architecture is built exclusively on Internet technology and incorporates the Microsoft server and relational database architectures to meet the high performance requirements demanded by easyHotel.

WebRes is designed to meet the low cost business model and is particularly appropriate to new start up organisations.

Ashberry added, "WebRes is being adopted on a global basis by forward looking organisations in all types of travel transportation sectors. You will find our technology in the ferry, train, hotel, cruise, bus and flight markets; adding hotels to our portfolio, and working with easyHotel is not only exciting, but also demonstrates the confidence easyGroup has in Entee's abilities, technology and support."
